How The Hippo Got Fat
Long ago hippo’s were skinny, there was a hippo living in a river with his family. There were six hippo’s living with him and they were all skinny. The river that they were living in was really dirty there were always flies flying around bugging them, the Hippo’s wished everyday that they would have a lot of food for them to live.
But at the river there was no food just dirty water, buggy flies and a bunch of hippo’s so the hippo starved they had to do something…
The eldest hippo got tired so he went out hunting for food. So the he went, for day’s he did’nt return home. The hippo’s waited. Months went by, and finally he returned big and fat and the other were angry that he look like that and they said “why are you so fat and we are skinny” and he replied “I had a big feast on my hunt anyways the food is over there” pointing behind a tree, one of the Hippo’s asked him “how did you even get us this much food” “don’t worry’ said the Hippo and they all enjoyed eating the food.
And that’s how the hippo got fat.
