Intro:
Kevin Durant AKA KD is a professional basketball player who plays for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA(National Basketball Association) and is competing in the olympics. Kevin Durant was drafted in 2007 to the Seattle SuperSonics because of his satisfying skills, when his rookie season finished, the team transported to Oklahoma City and became the Thunder, his skills are slam dunking, 3 pointing, crossover, running, and passing.

Injuries:
To begin 2014 KD was diagnosed with a Jones fracture in his right foot and was taken out for 6 to 8 weeks he sadly missed the first 17 of the year, making his first season appearance for the Thunder on December 2nd versing New orleans Pelicans. December 18th, he injured his ankle facing The Golden State Warriors, retreating to play on December 31st
Against the Phoenix Suns to score a shocking 44 points, he then sprained his left big toe in January.

College Career
From 2006 - 2007 in Kevin Durant;s College season he managed to get 25.8 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assist each game he played and he also surprisingly led all the new starters to scoring. The Longhorns ended the year with a record f 25-19 overall and a 12-4 record in conference. They were awarded a fourth seed in the NCAA Tournament, Texas won their first match against New mexico State but were not in a good mood in the second round despite a 30-point and 9 rebound game from Kevin Durant, Kevin Durant received numbers of season end awards and honors. Until one his day was made because on April 11th he was picked from the 2007 NBA draft to the Seattle SuperSonics.

Today:
Kevin Durant was selected with the second pick in the 2007 NBA draft by the Seattle SuperSonics. In his first game with the SuperSonics he managed to get 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals versing the Denver Nuggets, On November 16, he made the his first game winning shot of his career in a game against the Atlanta Hawks. At the end of the season, he got the award NBA Rookie of the year behind averages of 20.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assist each game. He joined Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James as the only teenagers in league history to get at least 20 points every game over a whole season, but now he playing his career in The Golden State Warriors.
